I started a monthly membership of Rs. ****/- with exportersIndia. After my first month, I decided to cancel my membership. I was to be charged on the *th of every month. After being unable to find a cancel membership button on ExportersIndia.com, I called my customer manager on *th December to cancel my membership. He assured me it would be cancelled and I would not be charged again. However, next day I was charged ****/-. My contact person has now blocked my number.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
