I Started A Monthly Membership Of Rs. ****/- With ExportersIndia. After My First Month, I Decided To Cancel My Membership. I Was To Be Charged On The *th Of Every Month. After Being Unable To Find A Cancel Membership Button On ExportersIndia.Com, I Called My Customer Manager On *th December To Cancel My Membership. He Assured Me It Would Be Cancelled And I Would Not Be Charged Again. However, Next Day I Was Charged ****/-. My Contact Person Has Now Blocked My Number. I then received a call from another person from ExportersIndia, saying that I would not be refunded, however, I cancel my future ECS payments. A few days later, he called again and said that I would have to pay for at least * months and they will not stop charging my account. In the beginning I was assured that I can cancel anytime and now they are refusing to cancel.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
