Sbi card - forcefully charge full bill to pay

Sir,
i have SBI Credit card my total bill for june **** is Rs. ***** in that bill the ***** rupees amount i booked EMI option and EMI charge also cut so at the bill payment Date **/**/**** it have to show rest of the amount Rs. **** Rupees to pay and EMI of Rs.**** but at billing cycle they show to pay full money of Rs.***** and SBI Card also charge Late fee of Rs. **** rupees.....
Please help me weather i pay EMI or Pay the full bill and if i pay the full bill than what is the guarantee
in SBI Card service they provide the customer care numbers **** *** **** and other numbers i try to contact them their system is like AI boat press *,*,*,*,* and then cut the phone i m trying to reach them since * days can not connect to single person e-mail them since * days but not satisfactory answer in their e-mail even in nodal officer e-mail there are boat system weather you type anything just a boat e-mail came and answer your problem solved in * days. i am just tired of this all please help me
