Rajesh Bhanushali filed complaint against Sbi card on Feb 18, 2022
During month of Aug-**** I have purchased Cell phone through flipkart Rs. **** and converted the same in to installments. however the said transaction has cancelled but SBI card keep charging Installments. when I complained about this they stopped EMI's and debited whole amount again to me (Double Debit). I kept writing to Nodal and head customer office but not received any satisfactory response. during this time another * statement generated and same I have paid just to secure my cibil score.
Even after this I asked them to close my account and redeem all my reward point ****. on account of that SBI asked me to redeem **** points only as they have cap of multiples of **** pts.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
