Meesho - For affiliate products return pickup is not done

I'm a small creator who joined the meesho creator club and you all know that for creators the return time period was ** days for affiliate products so I ordered four pieces of suits , shararas for my content to make a affiliate post and I filled their return from and everything for return and when we fill this form every time one confirmation call will come so this time I picked up a call and she confirms the delivery date of all three products and said ok mam mai return pickup kar deti apka than hang up the call , I was normal ki kyuki ayese hi work karta hai ye ek do din mein WhatsApp pr return pickup ka msg ata hai and app per status show hone lagta hai return pickup ka so I was like ki iss baar bhi hoga ... But no msg on WhatsApp and nothing on meesho app and I'm trying from past *-* days to contact them use their call me back in * min customer support but they never call , as a small creator this much amount is still too much for me . So please if anybody face the same problem as me please help me to solve this issue.
