Rust Orange - Fooling in the name of store credits

I placed an order for a suit set which when delivered was wrong size. Then I placed for return where no guy showed up for * weeks. I kept mailing them (since there is no customer care number). When they didn't respond then I placed another order on COD and mailed them that I shall not pay the guy and simply take the product. Surprisingly I received a reply then saying that a pickup for the return will be arranged in a day, and it did happen. After pickup, I received a message that they have refunded in Store Credits, about which there is no info on the site. They are simply fooling around people!! Please take action against them!!!
