I have suffered this problem many times. When I placed any order it will show that the order has been placed and after ** minutes they will call you and tell you that we are canceling your order. They are making you wait like fool. I would suggest everyone not order from uber eats.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.

I ordered food from MacD on **th Dec using Uber eats app. Restaurant cancelled my order. When I tried to speak with uber eats help they sent me below email:
I ordered ** inch pizza with regular crust and extra cheese. But delivered pizza was just * inch and there was no crust and extra cheese and quality of pizza was also worst.
