I am bringing this issue to this forum as my order was not delivered to me and it was marked completed by the rider. When I reached to the delivery partner he said your order has been delivered and you reach out to magicpin.
I immediately reached out to magicpin support at around *:** Pm stating my concern and everytime a response we are looking into it our team is chasing with the rider.
Finally the moment around *:** Pm a message your order has been canceled due to incorrect pin location and we cannot provide the refund and they resolved my issue by giving *** Rs discount coupon code for next order.
My simple question to magicpin was if my address is marked incorrect how were my previous order got delivered?
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
