Kfc india - Food Not received Money deducted No care from KFC

Ordered Food on **th of JUly'** at *.**PM with order no-**************** by KFC app to KFC Selaiyur branch. The ordered was supposed to be reach by *PM. I wiatied for more than *.**, food not delivered. No response from their contact number as connecting to their representative was difficult task. There is no call back from any of KFC team.

Next day i called same contact number +************, a person attended and initially said, food delivered. then after argument, he apolgised and he ensured they will retun back money and i will get call back in ** min. Waited for further two days, no call from them.

Today (**th of July'** ) i Visited concern KFC Branch to check my status of refund. The manager Velkumar (**********), simply says it is technical problem, we have not received your order. I was surprised with his reply and arguing him to check with their toll free team as some one should have call me two days back. He promossed, he will revert back to me by evening. Waited till *.**PM , no repsonse. i messaged him in whatspp about status.

Now, he is giving reason that , the food was theft by the rider. he is asking my account number to initiate refund. i told him, he should all details from their account dept.

There should be strict penalty to KFC for this kind of poor quality of service and my kids waited for with hunger to eat. KFC not even asking apologise in advance without our visit to KFC.

Requesting you to support to get my refund and i need compensation for this rude behaviour of KFC.
