On ** December ****, I placed a food order from KFC through their platform. The total amount paid was ₹***.**.
However, the order was never delivered to me.
Despite the non-delivery, the amount was successfully deducted, and I have not received any refund till date. It has now been over ** days (more than one month) since the order date.
I made multiple attempts to resolve the issue by:
Calling the customer care helpline
Sending emails
Contacting support through available channels
Unfortunately, I received no proper response, resolution, or refund from KFC.
This clearly amounts to deficiency in service and unfair trade practice, causing me mental harassment and financial inconvenience
