Uber Eats India - Food not delivered

didn't get my food parcel but got message via email that my order is delivered and paytm money *** rupees also deducted. When I called customer service that person name Himansu kept me on hold said that will check the matter. Told for * minutes, kept me hold for * minute then disconnected the call. After that I'm trying customer care number but no one responding. Drop few messages also but till now I didn't get any response. Please help.
