Krishna filed complaint against Uber Eats India on Jan 18, 2020
I had placed an order on uber eats and the food was picked up by the delivery personnel from the restaurant but after * mins it suddenly showed as food delivered on my app, but i did not receive the food.. there was no way to contact the delivery guy or complain about it. When I clicked on the help option and selected the option of food not delivered, i just got a message saying the amount will be refunded. This is very unprofessional!
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
