Ubereats - Food not delivered

I have ordered food through ubereats app yesterday night around **pm and the food,the delivery guy has come to the location and before I come out of my house the ,it's showing in the app tht food is delivered I didn't receive the food . And I called customer support regarding the same and they are like they can't refund the amount or do anything on the issue ,on wat trust people will order food from such mnc like this .
