Dominos Pizza - Food NOT delivered

I have ordered a Domino's Pizza using zomato app (order no **********) on **th June **** at the evening my order was a pizza garlic bread cheesy dip and Pepsi bottle.
after almost ** minutes of my order I got a message that my food got delivered even I got a email from zomato with my how my food experience.. but unfortunately I want got any e food delivery to me then I called Dominos delivery guy he said he already left for the home he is not delivering my food then I called Dominos centre they haven't made up the call then I called Domino's customer care number they also try to connect the Domino's and they said they are not picking up the call Sanjeev was a person from Domino's customer care who was talking to me. then I try to call the Domino's enter enter pickdup and they said they have cancelled my order because delivery I was not able to deliver it now I got two reference numbers one from zomato one from Dominos but no one is talking about how to refund my money they bothered me a lot I got harassed because at ** o'clock midnight I was trying to call both of them and I was trying to locate my food I think about my situation when I don't have any food and getting obviously angry as well please take my concern and refund my money that is a major part.
