I ordered a meal cost Rs ** on swiggy Saturday, May **th *:** pm from wah ji wah restaurant. The delivery time promised was **-** minutes. Order no. *********** but I called about ** pm when I did not receive the order it was told that there is a server issue. I kept on waiting hungrily at **:** pm (after * hours) I received a text that my order has been delivered but I did not receive any delivery. Since then I started complaining about their chat portal but there was no response. I m attaching the proofs. I called their customer care *-* times but no reply after a long hold. I sent emails but no reply. Swiggy clearly cheated and kept my money without any food delivery. Also, I remained hungry as all restaurants closed at night time.
