I had ordered two biriyani through Uber Eats from Kritunga Kormangala restaurant bangalore, I ordered the food at *.** PM and waited around more than *.* hours for the food and in the mean time I tried to call their customer support to enquire about the reason for such delay. Customer care number was always busy, I couldn't able to connect them. After all at **.** PM I got a mail which says the order is cancelled. I didn't receive any call or no one came to my door.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
