Food was not delivered to me and order was cancelled by swiggy support team without any information to me. On top of that they didnot issue any apology or refunded any amount for the same. Delivery executive didnot call me or swiggy didnot send me any email or sms for intimation. If worst case I was not available they should have left the food with security.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
