Food Panda - Food not delivered and Wallet refund not received even after 2 days

As per the offer, I placed an order for Pista Icecream from Anna Kuteera on Oct **, **** at **:** PM. The order took too much time and I was tracking the delivery guy who was roaming around and not coming towards my location. First time I called him, he did not answer, *nd time he answered and said he will be coming in * minutes. After **:** I suddenly saw the status was showing as delivered. I thought maybe he delivered to someone else, tried calling him, did not answer. I contact Support and told them. The response time was bad. But later I get response that order cancelled through email which was only after I reported the issue through support. I was frustrated as the IceCream was for my ** year old nephew. Later I took my nephew to Corner House which is what I usually do on weekends. Always happy ! Back to issue. The disclaimer everywhere on App says wallet payment refunds happen within * hours. Its over * days. I contact support and they say it will take *-** working days. I send them screen shot of their own terms of refunds to wallet. Even then the response is same. Name of Chat person was "Sanvi". As per agent, she even spoke to supervisor and was advised the same that refund will take *-** days and closed chat. Just wanted to let all know that Food Panda is not trustworthy either to deliver on order or refunds.
