I ordered food from a nearby restaurant through food panda. The total estimated time to deliver was **-** mins. But even after ** minutes there was no update on the item. It was like chef at work for ** minutes and no delivery person was assigned. I was starving here. The support chat window didn't work. They had no call support. Then how can a hungry customer know about his order. It is not happening for the first time with them. It was the third time. Whenever we ask them they will feel sorry. They are very irresponsible and if they don't have enough delivery person they shouldn't have taken the order. How can a customer be made to wait and finally an unsatisfactory service is provided. I want a proper reply from food panda
