I have ordered burgers from food panda at *pm. I waited for * hour to get it delivered. Suddenly I checked the app and the status of order was delivered. I asked delivery boy and he confirmed that the order was placed and due to some error he could not deliver. Then I had a chat with their support system as they dont have any complain number to do so. The chat executive told me that due to some system error they could not deliver the item and assured that they will again attempt the delivery. Its been *:** hours that I am still waiting for the order and no one is avaible throught thier chat system and I am helpless. In this whole process I did not order anythinh else as I was expecting the food panda to deliver the same. This is mental torchure from the company that I am trying to connect with them, wasted all my time starving to anything. Having nothing to eat left me with headache and nausea. Moreover lost all my internet data and balance. And was busy with this stuff have a loss of pay too at my work. I want company to compensate all my loss.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
