Food Panda - Food is not delivered by foodpanda

I have ordered the food at **:** pm . Food Panda people wasted my time by saying you will receive food in half an hour . They wasted three hours and I was hungry for three hours. After three hours I pinged them and got a response like can't deliver.
Due to this reason I have wasted my three hours of precious time which I supposed to be used for my work.
Now I lost three hours ,three hours of income and mental tension
