I chose same day delivery that my flower app promised for mg cousin who met with an accident. They updated the order as delivered in my account which a day later my cousin confirmed he never received. After numerous email messages and * days later, I still have no refund and no flowers. Not to mention it was quite embarrassing for me. I am going to file a legal complaint next. Can't let these frauds blatantly cheat people on their hard earned money.
