Fraud Flower App, I want to raise a complaint with you regarding non delivery of flowers. I raised an order on **th Feb, **** a flower bouquet Rs ****. So it has been more than ** days still we have not received it. The calling number is not working as they are picking up number and then cut me off. FLOWER APP IS FRAUD. PLEASE HELP ME GET MY REFUND
