Ordered flowers for Mother’s Day (May *)and no delivery done till date. Tried calling customer service but no response until today. Now I am being told order for delivered basis their records. My mom has not received anything while order has been updated as delivered. On seeking refund, the customer service person I spoke to today indicated that a wallet credit will be given if the order has not been delivered. Why would I need a wallet refund with a company which did not deliver in the *st place. Need help to transfer my money back to my payment instrument
