Hi I ordered a flo mattress worth rs ***** and it started to give me a very bad back pain hence i requested the return . its been more than ** days these people are not responding and not getting the mattress picked from my place. I have been following up with them but now they are refusing saying its more than *** days whereas i raised the request within their policy of *** nights free trial
