Hello Voxya Team,
Thanks much again for helping me with my Meesho case in the past.
This time I have been scammed by Flipkart & therefore seek your help. PFAs of complete proofs attached for your quick reference.
On **th April'** I received my Sony WF****XM* earbuds that has a warranty for ** months. I started noticing issues in the device that it would get disconnected automatically when in use, which shouldn't happen since it guarantees quality sensors.
I updated the firmware, yet the issue persists. So I informed Flipkart customer support & they provided me with Sony customer service number, when contacted Sony customer support informed me that the Flipkart seller "KLVSTCRETAIL" is an unauthorized seller & isn't showing up in the list, still they asked me to take my device to the nearest physical service center. The Sony center created a Job ID after verifying my device & invoice from Flipkart, after * days they informed me that they will not provide with any help & I should demand a refund from Flipkart for my Sony product since they have scammed me by delivering a product from an unauthorized seller. Also, Flipkart seller "KLVSTCRETAIL" is no longer visible on Flipkart store. Also, Flipkart has blocked all my calls & emails & they just keep sending me notifications that they have tried contacting me on both my numbers & I haven't responded. They think this way the customer will get tired & frustrated & will stop claiming for their losses. Currently, I'm left with a *months old faulty device without warranty & a huge loss of money.
Please help me to get the refund of my product & all the additional expenses that I incurred during this incident.
