i ordered SAMSUNG Crystal *K Neo Series *** cm (** inch) Ultra HD (*K) LED Smart Tizen TV with Voice Search (UA**AUE**AKXXL) on **th May ****, and got delivered on *rd jun ****, problems start here on *th jun ****, the installation of the TV is to be done on *th jun but its not done and in order section of flipkart shows the installation is done on *th jun ****, the order id is OD******************. I complaint on flipkart from help section and told them everything. they said i have to wait till *th for the installation, and then on *th nothing happen and i contact to flipkart customer care again and then they told me i have wait more till *, same thing repeat on *, on * jun they told me to wait till **, and same thing repeat nothing happen, on **th jun they told me to wait till ** jun, and now on ** jun i got a call and again they told me to wait again till **th jun. whats happening here, they keep saying to wait again and again, i am so frustrated i need this tv on *th jun for a special occasion but flipkart ruined it and now today **th jun still no sign on installation of TV. they send me mail regarding this, the incident number is [Incident: IN***********
