Hari lal filed complaint against Flipkart on Jul 17, 2019
On **-May-**** I have ordered Redmi note * with the order number:- OD****************** from Flipkart.
When I unboxed then I found 'Wheel detergent Soap Bar' instead of 'Redmi Note *' in front of the delivery boy.
I returned the package to delivery boy at the same time and raised a complaint. But I didn't get a refund from customer care. Flipkart customer care says me by mail our systems have detected an unusually high number of returns in your purchase history and you will no longer be able to login to your Flipkart account.
Being a renowned online shopping site this kind of services with the customer I was not expecting. I have put all my efforts mail, call customer care and escalated to all levels but didn't get any adequate solution. Its already been * months and I'm struggling to get some actionable step from Flipkart towards my request. Flipkart courier boy sent me a WhatsApp copy of the application.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
