I ordered VU tv from Flipkart on **th June ****, got delivery of product on ** June. I checked the product for a while I find out there is an issue with videos in ****p. They are not clear even the tv company claims of having too good upscaling software. Also some *k videos even ****p videos hangs a lot and becomes unwatchable. Also, tv starts disconnecting automatically from my wifi. I issued a replacement for the product on ** June. The technician came and said they need to change software after watching all issues and they come again on ** June and tried to change software but they couldn't change it. They asked their senior about the issues they showed him proofs but their senior completely rejected that there is an issue in tv even when the technician who visited agreed upon issues and senior rejected the replacement. I talked with customer care about it. They issued a replacement request again and said they will keep an eye on every step. The technician came on **th June again he agreed on all three issues I mentioned.

there are other issues too like tv freezes sometimes but he didn't agree upon that as it didn't happen in front of him.
He talked with his senior about issues and again the same thing happened he rejected my replacement request saying that there is no issue with pen drive videos so tv is fine. He said he doesn't care if any issue comes in any other apps like youtube etc. and rejected again my replacement. Now my trust on Flipkart completely gone. Better to not trust Flipkart when you buy expensive products they don't care about you after you buy your product.
