Flipkart - Flipkart refund delay for returned item Order ID

Respected Sir/Madam,

I am filing this formal complaint against Flipkart Internet Pvt Ltd regarding the purchase and service of a Marq AC (Ordered on **th March, Delivered on **th March).

Detailed Issues:

Fraudulent Installation: On *nd April, technician Harpal marked the installation as 'Complete' in the system without my OTP. The installation was substandard—vacuuming was skipped (only * mins instead of ** mins), and pipes were left hanging without support, damaging my wall.

False Updates & Harassment: Despite multiple complaints, Flipkart provided fake technical visit updates. After much struggle, the AC was uninstalled on **th April, but the technician left the copper pipes in a damaged condition, making it impossible to pack.

Pickup Delay: It has been * days since uninstallation (today is *nd May), and there is no sign of pickup. The current status shows a delayed date of **th May, which is unacceptable in this extreme heat.

Financial Loss: I have already paid ₹**** for installation and extra charges for tape/materials. Now, due to Flipkart’s faulty service, I am being forced to wait indefinitely and might be charged again for the new unit's installation.

My Demands:

Immediate Pickup & Refund: I demand an advance refund or immediate pickup within ** hours.

Compensation: I demand compensation for the mental agony and the damage caused to my property (wall).

Free Installation: The replacement unit must be installed free of cost.
