I have ordered Crucial CT series DDR* *GB Laptop RAM from Flipkart India Pvt Ltd on Date: *th March,**** and Packaged Delivered on Date: **th March,****.

I have received Wrong product which was damaged and it had no brand packaging. It is literally a Electronic Scrap Chip.
I raised this complaint to Flipkart India within *hour after delivery of the package dated.**th March,****.
They(Flipkart India Customer Service) told me that You will receive call from Backend team after investigation of the issue within **th March,****.
While in this(* days) period, Seller rejected the return request which was initiated by Flipkart Customer Service Person.
Though I have recorded video proof of Product unboxing. I did not received any resolution till date:**th April,****.
They(Flipkart India) keep extending the resolution date by * to * days as per their convenience.
I want my money refunded as soon as possible.But till date **th April,**** didn't received any type of refund. And I have raised issue from delivery date but no one is listening and They are also marking it as "resolved".
I have recorded video of unboxing of the product.
I am expecting my refund from Flipkart India, and Yes.I am requesting to Flipkart India from almost One month to refund my money.
