Hi Team, on June * I HV placed durafit tredmill from Flipkart and selected emi. After * days I contacted bank tht it is not converted into emi then bank said they need email from merchant to convert to emi and Flipkart not responding to bank. Then i contacted Flipkart from * months for just an email. Flipkart keep on escalating and giving solution to contact bank but not providing simple email to convert to emi. Worst customer service at Flipkart. They don't even Know simple things.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
