Flipkart Travels - Flipkart not refunding my amount

sir I had booked my flight from mumbai to mangalore during lock down peried last year.... * consecutive times they cancelled my flight.... I am a daily wage earner...with much difficulty I had booked my flight... my amount was made to remain as **** rs as credit shell.... recently Govt had announced to refund back the amount.... now I queried about this to the Indigo airlines...they said thy had already refunded my amount to virtual id of travel agent..that is flipkart... i had booked through flipkart...now after a year I got a msg saying that I had cancelled the flight and they have refunded the amount of rs ****... I waa shocked to see this... I am a daily wage earner... why did they cheat on me...I need my amount fully... why did they charge without providing any single service to me...please look into this....I booked the flight with the passenger as ahmed nazeer abdul rehman with pnr number GNWPMK WITH AMOUNT OF RS ****...this is really a cheat on me...I queried about this they just kept on saying they will look into this...but its been * months nothing happenend....now they are not replying...i am frustrated and hurt by this...mentally I am disturbed...this is clear open loot...i am hurt that its my money and they have illegally taken it....and I am with a hope in the justice.....I am consulting psychologist...I have incurred loss of rs ***** in it...Got no job...incurred loss on it... for my treatment and medicinde....compensate on me..i have all thier screenshot....kindly please help me out and file a case on them...
