Flipkart not willing to help me with regards to my refund. Whenever I ask for help they are not willing to take any action and asking me to contact the bank. The bank has nothing to do with the refund it's flipkart and their seller who are not interested to give my money back.
They address me with a different name on the email they sent. I don't know who Nitesh is.
