Flipkart - Flipkart not refund my money

I have an account of Flipkart after a few online shopping of friends of mine, become Flipkart plus member. I am very happy one day, I have ordered a Samsung galaxy tablet of *****.**. within time delivered at **/**/**** but the product is damage (screen and display crack). I requested for the replacement but when the delivery boys come (**/**/****) he says that the reason is not proper (i.e the damaged product is not enough to a replacement, give the proper reason and then I called the customer service and I requested to mention that reason). After two days he comes again and says that I have not received mail from the company can't pick the product. Then I feel like worst what is the problem and in between, I have called so many times to resolve these issues. After that, I requested for the refund and customer executive said that problem resolved within ** -** hours and said that within **/**/**** your pickup will be done. Till now my pickup is not done. My Flipkart id is also blocked. My Flipkart id no is **********. One more thing on the day **/**/**, I received a message about pickup and I'm waiting for that, but they didn't come. I received a message about the missing contents of the products. How is it possible? Who is responsible for this? Is Flipkart company lose trust?
