Utterly disappointing experience for the order id OD******************. My time is getting wasted for ** days and yet no resolution is provided. My mobile order got cancelled *nd time without any justification from the seller. If you guys dont have guts to fulfill your promises why do you make it and disappoint users? My exchange mobile doesn't have any issues, yet seller/delivery partner has cancelled the pickup simply citing pickup is rejected because of seller guidelines. What guidelines? why are you allowing sellers to use your forum and harass users like us. I have never ever faced these kind of issues from other vendors like Amazon.com I am definitely moving back to them for their services. Please keep your false promises with yourself. I don't have any issues with my old mobile, yet the order was cancelled which wasted my ** days and got mentally harassed because of you guys. Very pathetic service, never ever can trust flipkart now.
