Hi Sir/Madam,
I have purchased a laptop Ideapad *** lenovo brand last year through flipkart online sale. In the product description in flipkart website it was mentioned that the laptop has * memory slots but when i check it few days ago it has only one memory slot.
I contacted lenovo regarding this, they said that the product has only one memory slot and the description in flipkart website is wrong.They also asked me to raise a complaint so that they will escalate to flipkart, but inspite of raising several complaints i didnt recieve any response from them. When i contacted flipkart they are saying that lenovo has to take care of this complaint. In fact both the companies are not owing this mistake and making me run here and there. Kindly help in this regard. PFA the product description and order number details.
