I had ordered a Dell laptop from Flipkart on **st October ****. The laptop is still not delivered. Till * days back, Flipkart assured me that the laptop has been dispatched. Today they called to say that they cant deliver and I should cancel the order. I cannot cancel the order as I have separately purchased software which is not in the laptop. Also, I had bought the laptop on emi from SBI. SBI had provided discount at the time of purchase which is no longer available.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
