i have purchased a fridge from flipkart and i have recieved damaged product and i told delivery exceutive that fridge is damaged but he denied and he took the otp at the time of exchange saying that the otp is required to process with exchnage. I big fraud seller and there are multiple complaint aginst this eller that sellers send damaged products. I have damaged product but no response from flipkart
