Chaitanya Rajpal filed complaint against Flipkart on Nov 2, 2021
Actually I received a defective phone with major connectivity and heating issues so I requested for replacement. Then a technician came to my house but he couldn't troubleshoot the problem to resolve it. He confirmed the issue and told me to request flipkart for replacement again and again till * technician visits. I have a document of proves of issued in my phone. After * visits flipkart is not arranging more visits and told me to contact service centre.I have called them more than *** times but they just wasted my time. The service centre says that there is an internal issue which may resolve through software updates in the future and also told me to ask flipkart for replacement. Now I am facing the issue and no one is helping. Plz take action and provide me with my replacement asap.
