I need VOXYA's support on my recent order: OD****************** and tracking id: FMPP**********. This product was supposed to be delivered on **th July as a promised delivery date provided by Flipkart. But the product has not yet been attempted for delivery until today. Instead, company (Flikpkart) has cancelled my order without my consent and also not provided any information about cancellation. I have contacted customer care and the escalation teams from Flipkart many times using chat/email/call centers but there is no response. Company (Flipkart) increased the price of the product now; they are forcing me to place a new order instead of giving the product for old price. Also, they have blocked the delivery for my address as I have raised multiple complaints. The product is showing Out of Stock for my pin code. Company (Flipkart) is cheating me by wasting my time, money and peace of mind. I wanted to file a legal case against the company (Flipkart). Kindly help me to proceed with this.
