I had bought a sofa cum bed from Flipkart for **** rupees. The product was labeled as "Returnable within ** days" on Flipkart. But even after applying for a return and refund, they are intentionally delaying the process and it has been ** days now, and still I am not getting my refund. I keep calling the customer care team and they just keep asking me to wait indefinitely. This is complete harassment, if they didn't want the product to be returned they shouldn't have labeled it as "Returnable", and then I wouldn't have bought it in the first place. Flipkart is just doing FRAUD.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
