I bought TCL TV from flipkart with * years warranty in ****.NOw TV stopped working so, I contacted TCL but they are not accepting to provide free service and they are saying that The TV is having * year warranty in TCL system so we can't provide service.Now I contacted flipkart but they are asking every time to wait for one week to resolve the issue since * month, but till now my problem not resolved either by flipkart or TCL.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
