I had ordered a *x* feet * cushions * seater double foam fold out sofa cum bed from Flipkart on February **th and had received it on March *nd. Upon checking, we found that the sofa was unworthy of usage as it was very hard and uncomfortable. Furthermore, threads were coming out of everywhere. We requested for a return as the product had (and still has on the application) a ** days RETURN policy clearly mentioned. A technician visited on **th March and quite rudely rejected the return request without even inspecting the product properly. We immediately contacted the customer service and they promised another technician visit soon. That didn’t happen for days together. We kept calling the customer care line and even if any technician was available or assigned, he wouldn’t show up or simply ignore our calls. One technician finally came on **th March and took photos of the product but eventually didn’t update it with the seller so the seller sent the very first technician who yet again rejected our return request. We have been getting harassed by both Flipkart and the technicians for days together now. It has been more than two weeks since we have been calling Flipkart almost *-* times daily but to no avails. Please help me in this situation of fraud.
