Due to COVID, Flipkar't sellers were not able to deliver the products. I have been a customer of Flipkart since **** and have returned a product only once with the total purchases exceeding * lakh. Since March, Flipkart cancelled my * orders, all because the seller was not able to deliver the product, I never initiated the cancellation request. Due to the increase in number of cancellations, they blocked my account which had **** worth of e-gift voucher available. I am not able to use the same. Also, one of the order had Nestle Ghee as one of the product in place of which Flipkart sent Nestle CareGrow. The delivery agent of Flipkart Rahul Gaud is aware of this fact, but still Flipkart is not giving me a replacement/refund and blocked my account.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
