Complaint ---- Flipkart Harrassing me too much. First Flipkart send me defective mobile,mobile is in older version of android and update is not available in setting of mobile and mobile restarting again and again.......i am not able to use this phone because of resarting.....
After create the return request.flipkart arrange tech visit again and again.but tech visit person not able to come my address...... Flipkart company call me daily about ** times but not provide solution only ask for **-** hours time and yet tech person not come for check the phone and because of this issue. My complaint is not solve yet.
Flipkart is fraud and scam company.
Please voxya help me, how to file this complaint in consumer court for solution. Please send me step by step guide for file complaint in court. Because flipkart harrassing me too much.
