I have ordered a water purifier from Flipkart dated on **-Oct-** and it is expected to deliver on **-Oct-**. But logistics partner never delivered it and when I enquired about it ,they were saying the box is too big and they don't have tempo so they will not deliver it.
I raised ths concern to E-com Express as well as flipkart but they always say me that the product will be delivered to you by **-oct.
Now product is not returned and the price of product is also increased by ****.
Now they are saying me to buy the product on increased price.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
