Flipkart - Flipkart did not take return instead cancelled my return request

I purchased jeans from flipkart. That quality is not good. So I requested for return. * time I requested. But still they did not pick the product from me and did not refund my money. That was a deepavali time. I did not purchase dress. Really frustrated. I want resolution for this problem
