I have ordered Realme buds air from Flipkart through order ID OD****************** of Rs **** and received on **th September. I have got the wrong product , it is of a different brand where the outer hinge is of metal and there is no mention of "designed by realme" . Also, the packaging is done manually by the seller and not by realme. Its been a week where I have placed my third return request which is just delaying and my previous two requests gets cancelled stating by the seller that delivery partner has sent the product intact. But my question is how delivery partner can look what is inside the product box? This implies either the seller or delivery partner is saying wrong or they deliberately have done something with product box and product. I have shared all pictures of product and boxes and unboxing video. I have made multiple calls and sent several mails, still no action has been taken by Flipkart just they are delaying the process by telling me to wait for **hrs or **hrs again and again. This leads to the mental harassment and loss of time and money. I am attaching all the required document proofs here. Please help me in getting the refund claim amount of Rs **** (**** of product and rest of the harassment, trauma and loss of time). I suffered a lot since being an IT employee, I have to give so much time on these calls and mails
