Flipkart - Flipkart delivered duplicate product and denied to accpt return

I am Rahul Kumar Pal.
My Order ID - OD******************. ITBD Full sleeve solid women jacket.
I received wrong product of different brand, colour and size on ** Nov ****. This was open delivery order but wishmaster didn't show me the product. Wishmaster was Vishu. This was fake product of US Polo.
I raised return request by mentioning different product and sent photos also but wishmaster did not accept because the image was showing of ordered product not delivered product. I raised again a complaint on * Dec (complain number is IN********************) for this issue. Customer care assured me to return my product because I complained before last return date. But neither wishmaster collected it nor I received any call yet. You people have cancelled my return request on ** Dec. No action was taken against wishmaster and logistics who is supplying fake product of different brand. Flipkart has closed my issue without resolving the issue.
